About Jonathan Milstein
Having spent 10 years in the field of family law, Jonathan Milstein has seen first-hand how much of a strain legal proceedings can place on a family. After gaining experience in the Division of Children and Family Services for the Attorney General’s Office of Washington State, Jonathan Milstein opened Children First Visitation & Transportation Services to provide visitation assistance to families involved with a family law matter or in the child welfare system.
His company understands the important role that visitation can play in helping a parent and child develop a bond with each other. Hiring and overseeing a staff of dedicated and professionally licensed social workers to supervise these visitation sessions, Jonathan Milstein ensures safe visits to build positive family experiences. By providing a secure visitation environment, Children First gives parents a chance to bond with their kids away from the courtroom. Jonathan Milstein’s work to help families extends beyond his career. He has donated his time to organizations such as the Home Foreclosure Legal Aid Project, Lawyers Fostering Independence, and the King County Bar Association Family Law Mentor Program. Moreover, he volunteers as a soccer coach for the City of Kirkland Parks and Community Services Department. Jonathan Milstein also spent two years as a volunteer Business Advisor for the Peace Corps in Kenya. Jonathan Milstein attended the University of Puget Sound, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Business before attending Seattle University School of Law to acquire his Juris Doctor. While in law school, Mr. Milstein served as a member of both the Public Interest Law Foundation and the Moot Court Board and Executive Committee. Jonathan Milstein's Links:
